Squishy the Suicidal Pig - Cute, fun, and frustrating.

It sounds SO easy: Get yourself killed while platforming.
And it is easy; if you figure out how to do it....

Story
Squishy and his parents are living piggily happy on a farm. Suddenly, his parents get taken away to the slaughterhouse...

Squishy feels very sad and alone, and decides to commit suicide in order to  be reuinited with his parents in heaven.

However: Suicide is a sin, and therefore Squishy ends up in hell instead...

Luckily for him, the devil is bored and makes him a deal: If Squishy loses all his lifes and manages to find the Devil, too, he will be send to his parents in Heaven.

Okay, granted: This story does sound quite dark/grim, but the game itself is quite fun, bright, happy music: For some reason it keeps on reminding me of, for example, Mario 3 on the ancient Snes. The same platforming vibe is going on!

Gameplay/etc.
Because the games looks so overly happy, it looks deceivingly easy: It\s not as easy to get yourself killed as you may think, and in other levels the solution is so easy/obvious you simply don't see it at first, because you start thinking about the other places/stuff the developer placed in that area first.

So, ye: I suppose this might be seen as yet another frustrating. rage invoking, game. And for some reason I just seem to enjoy those games!

I am bread - Not so to-asy as it looks/sounds.

I am bread:

It sounds so easy; you're a slice of bread, and your only dream in the whole wide world is to become toast! You can do it! I mean, it only takes like what, 3? minutes or less to toast a slice of bread?

How on earth can they make a game about THAT?! Well....

...They can, if they remove the toaster.
...Nor tell you what the heating sources are.
...Nor how to turn them on
...And hide them out of sight/out of reach, so your toasy friend can flap along the walls, shelves, and whatever looking for something to toast him.

And, oh, if they place stuff everywhere that reduces edibility (5 seconds rule), and, oh, because you're a yummy piece of bread, your grip ain't exactly infinite, either!

So, here, that are the ingredients of "I am bread".

The game looks deceivingly easy, the controls are impossible, it is just infuriating whenever your piece of bread becomes unedible, again.

And, somehow, I just can't stop playing it; I keep trying to beat the story mode, epic fail after epic fail.

So I can finally follow my dream, and.... Become Toast.

Besides the infuriating story modes, there's also an option with a baquette where you get destroy everything. Which, well, kinda helps with blowing off the steam.

There's a donut race where you are, well, a donut and you need to roll to the plate as fast as you can.

There's also some Star Wars mini game I haven't looked into because, well. I'm a bit to obsessed with becoming toast.

Maybe, just maybe, Twitch will help me conquer my ever-growing backlog...

So, ye, my backlog has been slowly building up, again, whereas I've been slightly obsessed with playing Heroes of the Storm.

So, the result: My lovely backlog is still growing with games I'm in love with and intend to play "soon".

Anyways, I figured: Maybe, just maybe, if I start streaming for whatever reason, myself, mainly, it might give me some incentive to actually start/finish some more games.

So, ye, not that anyone is ever going to read this, but...
